SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How soon will my order reach me?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Once collected by the courier, you can expect delivery within a further 4–6 working days, making the total estimated timeframe 5–8 working days. Full details can be found on our Shipping Policy page.
Is delivery free of charge?
Yes, always. All UK orders are eligible for free standard delivery — no minimum order value applies. Visit our Shipping Policy page to learn more.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not currently. Solarmemorial ships to UK addresses only and we do not offer international delivery at this time.
Will I be able to track my package?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow its progress all the way to your door.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What does your returns policy cover?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item. Returns must be sent back unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, in the same condition as received.
I received a damaged or defective item — what should I do?
Please email us at support@solarmemorial.com with photos of both the item and its packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement and cover the cost of the return postage.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and verified, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method, though your bank may require a little additional time to reflect it in your balance.
Will I be charged a restocking fee?
No, never. Solarmemorial does not apply restocking fees under any circumstances.
EXCHANGES & ORDER CHANGES
Can I exchange an item for a different one?
Of course — exchanges are always available. Simply reach out to our support team, return the original item, and we'll send your replacement as soon as we receive it.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted at any time before your order is dispatched. Once it has left our warehouse, we're unable to cancel it and you would need to go through our standard returns process.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes can only be made before your order is shipped. If you need to update anything, please contact us straight away at support@solarmemorial.com. Once the parcel is in transit, no modifications are possible.

What payment methods are available?
We accept a broad selection of secure payment options, including all major credit and debit cards and digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. The complete list of accepted methods is displayed at the footer of our website, or on our Payment Methods page.
Is my payment information safe?
Completely. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption and we comply fully with PCI DSS standards. Your complete card details are never stored on our systems.

How do I find my correct size?
A comprehensive sizing guide is included on every product page to help you make the right choice. If you're still uncertain, our support team is happy to provide tailored guidance.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
Any unavailable items are clearly indicated on the website. You can sign up for a restock alert directly on the product page and we'll notify you as soon as stock becomes available.
