20. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are fulfilled through our appointed logistics partners.
Estimated delivery windows, product availability, and any applicable charges are shown at checkout and vary by destination.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We aim to deliver all orders within 5–8 working days.


21. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Qualifying items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

Items sent back must be:

  • Unworn and undamaged
  • In their original packaging
  • Inclusive of all accessories

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods.


22. PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products are covered by statutory warranty rights as required by applicable law.
If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, please contact support@solarmemorial.com with a description and supporting evidence.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate to the situation.
